It is the biggest lake in Malda District. It's Water is Clear & Pure.

Astonishing place with a sense of rural as well as urban civilization. Several species of birds can be found here near the water bodies and one can also enjoy the wonderful view of trains in the mean time. Would recommend to come here for weekend chilling or to spend some quality time with the nature.

Vast water land. Has huge potential to be a tourist spot. But the major drawback is the condition of connecting roads.

Great place to have a home...so much breezy and airy by the water bodies..hopefully authorities will take care to prevent too much encroachment so that it doesn't vanish after a decade ..
