Kamarkata Dam

Beautiful natural environment. Many people from the besides villages are come here in the winter season for picnic. It's a picnic spot. The place is good for kids. Good for bathing. But there is no bathroom in the place. It's a awesome place for refresh the mood.

It's a small dam but it is nice solitary place away from locality. However a small village is attached to this dam. It also a picnic spot in winter time for many nearby villages.
This water mainly used for agricultural work.

It is a good place for refreshment. Mainly it is a wire constructed on Berai Khal.. from here Berai Main Canal originated. It is fully under irrigation and Waterways department, Bankura division. Surrounding villages are dependent on this canal. This is a beautiful picnic spot too. The main purpose of this wire is to faciliate irrigation of surrounding villages.
Approximate 14-15 km from Ramsagar. You can go here by private car or bike.

Very nice place for picnic. Anyone can visit this place. But this place needs some improvements.
