Bardhaman Clock Tower

Another icon of Burdwan after the Curzon Gate, located near Birhata, 4 Point Crossing on the Banka canal, near Utsav Maidan. It's a huge clock in the middle of the single way lanes connecting Alisha bus depot to Nawabhat bus depot. Though historic, but it's adjacent areas are not that welcoming, as Banka canal is going just beneath this, probably carrying all the waste materials of the entire town.

You can find an amazing evening here with an awesome atmosphere created by the tower, lights, bridge and the wind... The tower contains a majestic swan at it's top.. It is like a little crown upon the head of the town.
The new bridge also adds more beauty to this place..
The large drainage goes beneath the bridge..
And within a little distance lies the famous Utsab Maidan where different fairs are held every year. Do visit this place at least once in a lovely evening..

Wow, the clock tower is beautifully constructed near Acharya Sukumar Sen setu. Tower look very beautiful at night. Its one of the most important land mark of Burdwan town. This clock tower is implemented and maintained by Burdwan Development Authority.The clock tower is about 2 KM away from Bardhaman railway station. nice place to visit.

The Bardhaman Clock Tower is decorated with LEDs and small bulbs offer one of the most beautiful sights in the city during the night time. It is close to flowing Banka Khal and from the top of the clock tower structure, there is an great view of the well-lit Banka bridge going across the Khal.✨❤️

Bardhaman Clock Tower is a nice clock tower inside Purba Bardhaman city . At Birhata ,side of Acharya Sukumar Sen setu Clock Tower located. Visitor can see the nice view of this clock tower at night time. At this location newly introduce a self-zone with small park which make the location more popular. The location is under Bardhaman Municipal but Bardhaman Development Authority (BDA) also maintain this. area. Form Bardhaman station clock tower is near about 2 KM and 2 KM from Alisha bus stand.
