It is a beautiful place to visit. You can hve a short trip or picnic in the month of december.The river is flowing in a small stream. There are several boats guides you to the serene water.The stretched white sandbank is quite peaceful. River bank is spacious enough and sheds are available there for picnic. It is a great destination to a day out with friends and family.

A local visiting point, but not something that I would recommend anyone to go specifically to. The river has scanty water and is generally used for performing last rituals, so remaining of the ritual waste is also seen there. The road to reach there is good also there is a children’s park nearby but hardly has any place to eat around, even the small shops are generally closed around the day time.

Excellent place, with the beautiful Subarnarekha flowing nearby. A 3km long bridge with beautiful and colourful scenic beauty around, can be an excellent place to visit. The park near is suitable for kids and family. The bridge itself has so much to say about. Placed in a peaceful area full of green cover, and the view of the river does give unmeasurable pleasure.

It is very nice and fantastic place for one day tour. Good for all type of family members from baby to old one. You can take a bath in Subarnarekha river. There is no danger. Not so deep water, every where in swallow water body, the river current is moderate. A good place for picnic. You can get boat ride on the river.
