Brahmatal trek is best when visited during march , November as December to February you don’t get to summit the Brahmatal as it’s trail is not defined so do plan accordingly if you want to see Brahmatal lake . You will definitely be going to see Bekaltal all weather but Brahmatal is doubtful

Brahmatal is the lake and then Brahmatal summit is at the top of the mountain... great trek with India hikes. To all those who tell you that you will find snow in Dec. Don't listen to them!! On a normal basis snow actually only starts post Christmas and more in Jan and Feb. It was gorgeous in Dec (2022) with super cold weather and lovely blue skies but you'll likely be disappointed if you go with an agenda of seeing snow. All in all it's an easy to moderate trek with the most amazing views of lovely peaks around!!

A beautiful alpine lake at 10500 feet. Its pristine and beautiful. Sunsets are absolutely stunning from the lake. Its sacred and wonderful. This is the 2nd stop or camping site of brahmatal trek.

This is one of the best hiking n trekking spot in uttarakhand. Best time to visit is in January 1st or 2nd week ... One can find thick sheet of snow in the whole trekking journey. The trekking is about 3days from Lohajung ,, which is 10hrs from Rishikesh,, one can book for trek with companies like BIKAT adventures , Indiahikes ...The temperature at night will be around -5 to -12° c . Grab some thick coverings and thermals before starting ur Trek.

One of the best experience while doing this Trek. You need proper guide to guide about this place as well as proper gear. We trekked 3 days to summit and same day returned to base. Loved the experience and views. Approx 30+ kms to Trek.
Suggestion is maintain less baggage and practice some running before going ahead for Trek.
