Latif Shah Dam Chakia

One of most visited tourist place in this area . Situated some distance from chakiya .Most favorable season for visiting it rainy season. July to September or October. It's full of beauty , fresh air and positive vibes. There is open rest room by govt. Some shops contains snacks , cold drink, tea. You can come here via only private vahicle such bike or four wheeler.

Amazing picnic spot, if u want to go with family or friends. Unfortunately didn't get to witness the waterfall but still the weather was very pleasant the day i visited and the scenery was breathtaking beautiful. It would be much more peaceful if u visit at early hours.

This is my hometown,, wonderful dam and forest, mountain. Thousands of public come here daily.

Latif shah Dam is one of good picnic and tourist destination in district Chandauli. Any one can reach here from Varanasi waya Chakia market. This Dam made on Karmnasha river and it's which water uses for irrigation. Latif shah dargah situated here where many people came for his spiritual worship. In rainy season this Dam full of water and water passes through Dam and give a marvelous scene. The dargah of Saiyad Ajamat shah also situated here. This surrounded by small hills. Sun set scene on this Dam is awesome. I recommend all to came here in rainy season.

Do visit during the rainy season, it was the most scenic beauty I had ever seen. The water was falling so powerfully that the sound of it and the mist of it was very ravishing. Photography wise also, this place is too good👌🏻❤

Very awesome place to visit in rainy season. In this season we can have a better view of overflowing water from the dam. You can hangout in the hills nearby. Generally people come here for a picnic n cook food n enjoy the weather. There's also a dargah named after Latif Shah.
