Atal Ghat

The one and only ghat in kanpur near holy Ganga. It is very peaceful place to sit their and pass quite time. For parking there were good place so anyone can park their two/four vehicle easily. Might be different situation on week ends. With bike/car you can drive in low pace and enjoy the view. In atal ghat anyone can can enjoy boating manual and steamer as well. When I entered into ghat it is near to closing time so did not get a chance to do boating.

Latest addition in Kanpur. Visit here for the best sunrise. It is neat and clean, with multiple options to take dip in Ganga river. It does have separate place for women to dive and worship Ganga ji. It does have parking space but limited, you can use main road corners for parking in case designated area is full. It is too calm and peaceful, you feel it from inside. If you visited Kanpur, it is a must place for you to visit. Opens at 5AM and recommend you to reach at 5 or 5:30 AM. Happy journey and have a great day ahead. Cheers

Very Relaxing Place, Bur Cleanliness Is Something Which Is Missing. People littering Around Everywhere. Please Keep The Place Clean. Bike Parking Is Free, Still There Are Fake People Who Will Charge 10rs Per Bike, Beaware From Them. Even The Ice Cream Stall Charge You More Than MRP Prices. Boat Ride Is Quit Expensive, Per Boat Charge Is 300rs For Just 5 10 Minute Ride For 5-6 People, That Too Without Safety Kit. Mostly You'll See Young People And Couples Over There, Family And Aged People Should Avoid Going There.

Beautiful place to visit with your friends and family. Management is doing really nice to keep the place near and clean. You will surely love the atmosphere

Beautiful Ganga Ghat. The place has limited paid parking outside. But the entry is free. You can bring your food here and sit and enjoy. There are clean washrooms and bathrooms too if you like to take a bath at river Ganga. A great place to bring kids and family.

I recently visited this place. You can take blessing of ganga ji. Atal ghar is so beautiful and most clean that I ever seen. This place is not that much crowded you can peacefully enjoy with your family. Bathroom and washroom are available there. Parking are also available there. You can enjoy boating there. Thanks.

It is constructed at a bank of ganga river which is near to ganga bairaj bridge called atal ghat.
There is also space for parking cars and bikes as well.
Currently 15 rs are for bike parking.
Good place if you want to click pictures they got awesome background and if you want to hangout or heal yourself come here at on a common day bcoz in a weekend there is too much crowd here.
After all good place for roaming ang chilling.

Beautiful picturesque view. Every Kanpurites must visit and support. Clean Ganga. Nicely maintained riverfront. Not crowded on a weekdays, easy car park. Paint is chipping off, and requires more maintenance. I suggest authorities to put an entry free, could be as little as 5 rupee so the place can be well maintained. Har Har Gange 🙏
