Good place to visit along with family.
Mainly in the mornings and evenings.
Supplies drinking water for Nalgonda.
Good for fishing.
Easily accessible from Nalgonda town.
Away from town with pleasant atmosphere.

One side is the reservoir and the other side is a beautiful landscape covered with greenary and irrigation fields. 🌾🌱🌿🌾

1) Called as Udaya Samudhram or Panagal tank, is a Balancing reservoir very near (3km) to Nalgonda town.
2) It's a source of drinking water to nearby villages and Nalgonda municipality. It provides irrigation water to hundreds of nearby villages.
3) Early morning or evening is the best time to visit.
4) This place is very pleasant with one side reservoir and other side covered with beautiful landscape of irrigation fields.
5) Best place to relax and get piece of mind.
6) It is not maintained properly. One can find litter including liquor bottles.
7) There's no security to monitor the place and safe gaurd the people.

This place can easily turn into a tourist spot if it is well developed.

Nice place .. a beautiful water body…. You can see lot of local fishing boats.. good place for a short run/ for a evening walk / spend time with kids…This project was envisaged to irrigate 1 lakh acres ayacut in the chronically drought affected upland areas ..

Best place to relax, refresh and rejuvenate. Ideal place for long morning and evening walking. Fresh and serene waters, green paddy fields and cool winds will have a soothing effect on body and soul.

Offers some amazing views of the reservoir. Limited parking is available. There is a narrow road alongside to have a refreshing walk. Did not see any vendors, so the place is clean with no litter around.

Located just couple of km from Chhaya Someshwar temple. You can plan to visit both of them.

A nice view, long walking way. Parking place available.

There is no shops or anything other than just sight seeing. Ice creams and some snacks will be sold in vehicles.

Place is somewhat clean. But needs to be well maintained. There is no security or anyone who looks over this place. Safety at your own risks.
