Its a not a fort actually, it's a heritage building on a hilltop. The view surrounding the site is breathtaking and surreal. The Singotam lake and the Haritha cottages looks great from the viewpoint which is on the edge of the hill. Authorities should have renovate the building which belongs to samasthanam/royals of Kollapur who were under Nizams.

The best time to visit the place is sunset and sunrise.
