It is on the way to sirumalai. I would say Sirumalai is less explored place in dindigul. It could be a quick pitstop for Dindigul people. With in 45mins of travel you can reach sirumalai villages from Dindigul. I don't think there are any specific tourist place to visit in sirumalai apart from agasthiyapuram temple. Anyone who would enjoy drive, climate, coffee plants and pepper plants can have this in their bucket list. There are some resorts in sirumalai which can also be tried. I would recommend a night stay in sirumalai in place of visiting kodaikanal during peak season and get stuck in traffic most of the time.

I got siva dharisanam at vellimalai, sirumalai. And excellent atmosphere. I recommend for family , friends, visit. Week end and government holidays are better to visit
