Nau Chauki - Rajsamand Lake

Excellent place to hangout with friends or family. The place is soothing and very peaceful. One can feed fishes by purchasing fish food from the vendors sitting outside. Overall, a very good place, but need development in sanitation and parking. Apart from that, beautiful place.

Must visit and be there at sunset or sunrise. It is one of place you would feel happy to visit. There are multiple types of boats for boasting and lots of fish in this lake to feed and the marble work around this beautiful lake will make it's own place in your heart.

One of the finest lake I visited ..clean and historical .. has marvel chatris making it more beautiful.. it is big lake and one can see the other end .. it is not surrounded by mountains hence openness .. do visit museum .. tickets Rs 10/- which i believe should be made 50/- to maintain it

Very good place for chill nd calm environment.if you want to swim in rajsmand lake go there..yha stairs chhatri pillers everything 9 k combination me h.. morning and evening time is best .normal fun activities also available here for children.wedding photoshot k liye bhi mst place h

The lake is quite humongous and seems to be a replica of Jaisamand lake.

It was very pleasant and calm, not much crowded.

There are no parking charges l, there is one security guard who is helping in parking the vehicles in a proper manner.

There is some construction going near, which seems to beautify the place and attract more tourists.

There were a few water sports which included boat rides in the lake and cycling boat (I don't know what exactly to call them).

Nearby all these there is a small park for children to play which includes slides, sea saw and swings, families were enjoying themselves there as a picnic and kids were playing around.

I was amazed to learn that during World War 2 this lake was used as a sea plane base.

Built by Mawar Naresh Rajsingh in 1662 during famine relief.. total cost that time was one crore..Situated in Rajnagar.
it is a tourist place. You can visit here any time. boat feri service also available here.Rajsingh panorama grows the importance of the place. Irrigation paal with beautiful garden ..open gym...healthy atmosphere..
