🔹This is located at Khetrapatana in Baripada and is connected by Gopiballavpur road which is about 2 kms away from Murgabadi golei.
🔹The water reservoir is not situated immediately beside the Gopiballavpur road but is a few metres away from the main road. But the reservoir is visible from this main road.
🔹The stretch of the Gopiballavpur road which passes near the reservoir is really wonderful and the sunset really looks more beautiful when watched from the road rather than from the reservoir itself.
🔹This particular stretch of road near the reservoir is very good for cycling upto Kainfulia atleast.
🔹There are small shops and some restaurants near the Khetrapatana chhak which is a few metres away from the water reservoir.
🔹One following the same road can reach Deuli and visit the Deuli Dam too.
🔹Ghata kriya is often done here. This has been in continuance for many years now. People take bath here after this.
🔹This water reservoir is actually polluted and not so good in terms of the water it holds.
🔹Cold breeze on summer days in afternoon and evening.
🔹It's opened all round the year and one can visit without any permission or any tickets. It's absolutely free!

Sunset or sunrise both views are awesome. Mainly here people are bathing in this water pond
