This place is located on the way to single decker living root bridge in nohwet village. This place is built by Mr Drongwell, the local person who completely built it with bamboos which took 4 years to finish the structure with lot of hard work, perseverance, skill and a vision. I am surprised to hear that he built it on his own without any help from government and still continuing to make adaptations and better with proper maintenance to keep the structure in good condition without any aid from government. The ticket amount is just 30 rs which will be utilised for its maintenance as he receives no help from government. The view is amazing from it and you can many waterfalls as well as bangladesh from above there. It is clean and well paved also.

For me this view point has the best views in Guwahati. Owner claims that it took him 2 years to complete this view point and it's a must visit. There is a path made of bamboo which leads to a platform made of bamboo. It's like a giant tree house with amazing views. We could count about 9 waterfalls with breathtaking views of Bangladesh and Meghalaya. If you are visiting the living root bridge then don't skip this. It's only a few minutes away and definitely worth a visit. There is a small entrance fee.

I liked the place since one can see the Bangladesh palins from here. Sunset is good view itseems from here we were early here so couldn't see!! This place might not look the way it is in the photos now as the bamboo bridge is dried now. One side of the bridge is closed for vistor. Difficult to spot this place using gmaps as well. Might need to ask local folks for exact location. 30rs entry.

This viewpoint has been built in 2013 and the bamboo flooring of this stage that’s elevated over a steep slope gets renewed every year it seems, except for the covid years. Met the builder and his cute sons to get to know of this history. He charges ₹30/head for entry.

History apart, the view point even in the month of December was breathtaking. In summer he said that over a dozen waterfalls could be spotted from here. It’s a very short walk from motor-able road hence very accessible for people of all ages.

There maybe big red ants in the platform, so watch out if allergic to these.
