City view tower 2 offers a very good view of Imphal and its surroundings.Climbing upto this point is a very good exercise indeed. The staircase at second tower has no side railings, it seems safety norms have been compromised to save costs. The litter of empty bottles is a reflection of the 'civic sense' of the people which need to be improved considerably.

A great initiative taken by the government of Manipur to increase the number of tourist in Manipur. It was really nice to be there when I came back to home for a week. Lot of childhood memories are binding with this place. Always love to visit whenever I come back to hometown to have a good time with childhood friends…

The steps are hard to ascend during mid-day but it is worth the climb. Tower 1 offers a panoramic view of the Imphal valley. Tower 2 is a bit harder to climb as the steps are greater in number.. If you want to climb it, carry a couple of water bottles and some snacks or so, bcoz there's no cafe up there.
