You can feel the fresh breeze by crossing this area!!! Lush greeen on both the sides of the track... u can view the old fort kinda buildings and many many stone structure walls and various path of river to a pond and lake near by !! Always rainy weather and very very less population...must keep urself awake once the train departs from Nagpur junction railway station🙂

NAVI MUMBAI: To prevent drownings of picnickers at the popular Kundi waterfall in Panvel taluka, the local forest and police officials have dumped stones at the base of the waterfall to reduce its depth. Activists, however, have alleged that closure or filling up of natural sites and carrying out blasting work without obtaining prior environmental permission is illegal.
In a joint operation by the forest department, local police, gram panchayat and the local disaster management authority, excavators were used on Saturday and Sunday to fill up the waterfall area. "It was a joint decision to fill up Kundi waterfall in Waje village, which is inside the forest department land. Every monsoon, there are an average four deaths at the spot. Many sneak into the waterfall area using alternate routes despite a ban in force here," said Dnyaneshwar Sonawane, range forest officer (territorial)-Panvel.
