Undoubtedly beautiful place. Mist is everywhere, completely greenery now , must visit. Around 6km trek (2 way) must carry water and food because the climbing feels like long way.

It was a wonderful experience. Reached there by 8, it was foggy are refreshing. Took the tickets from counter (50rs for adults) and we started the trek. Try to reach before 9 after that it gets crowded very fast.
There are leches out there so bringing salt will be helpful. The place is mostly plastic free, byt still there are places where you can see plastic deposits. Be responsible and enjoy the trek.

Good place for heavy trucking in a day. We took 1 hour 18min to reach the top(final destination). Return we took 38min.

It was a lovely trek. The trek was for about 2 hours. The ascent is lil challenging and the descent is quite easy. You get a very good view of the western ghats while going your way up. There are multiple points at the top where you can get good clicks . Also if you are person who enjoys your own company this is your place to visit. The level of trek is easy compared to the other treks I have done. The best time to visit is October to December.

Best place to trek with your companions in kasargod. Hill tops with grasslands are magnificent. Entry starts at 8am. Trek more than 2km to reach hill top. December month is best to enjoy fog.

Worth visiting during early mornings to experience the breathtaking scenery and the amazing climate. Try to reach the entry before 8am, the trekking trails are kinda easy, if you are going with your family try to get good trekking shoes because this place is filled with leaches. Even though you can buy water bottles here, try to get your own reusable bottles instead of just buying things from here. Usually gets crowded during early afternoons so avoid going here in the weekends after 9 or 10am if you don't like crowded places.
