Its a beautiful location, a river bank with a check dam across Manimala river .. a real calm and quite place with a serene calmness of the nearby Poovapuzha temple.. trying to cross the check dam with water flowing across is dangerous.. but staying on the steps of thr river bank and viewing the setting sun from here is a soothing experience..

This is not a road or bridge for vehicles across the river. Please be safe and do not walk on it as it is slippery and have caused deaths and serious injuries in the past.
