Abhayaranyam Eco Tourism

When i reached there it was noon, but the place was so dense with tree canopies it never felt the uneasiness of sun. It was hardly crowded and the walk through the forest was very nice. But the hut and tree house near the river were totally destroyed in the flood. However there was huge white sand deposit near the bank which gave ample play area fir my son. Very much enjoyed the place, but can't advise on taking bath in the river.

A great place for a weekend getaway. One can spend upto 6 hours here, there's nothing more than that.
This place has a butterfly garden, deer park, elephant bathing area, elephant training center and lot of bamboo/red sandalwood trees all over. It makes a great place for nature photoshoots also. The layout of this place is well thought out because one cannot get lost/ miss out visiting the above mentioned areas.
The elephants are bathed along the riverside from 9:00 am to 10:30 am, one who wishes to see that can reach by 9.
There's a small park for children also.
This place makes a great place for picnics also.
The only problem I faced was the bad conditioned roads from the nearest town to abhyaranyam.

It's a mini zoo....this project was developed as a rehabilitation centre for animals...tjere us elephant training centre also...Nice place to relaxe & enjoy the nature....elephant bath , butterfly park is also here...there is also place to bath....u can take a pretty good walk into nature mother ...

Nothing much to see here. Lot of deers and few elephants. Tickets are comparatively expensive to similar places.

It's a excellent place for those who are interested mild trekking with family. Due to covide, reopened 3rd Feb. Not maintain proper mainly children playing area.

Very small place only very little to enjoy view

Good place to bring family and kids.There is a deer park and elephant camp.
