Poor arrangements of tikits, transportation, Hotel stay, Poor coordination with traveller.
my tour was rajkot to Rajkot but they drop upto Ahmedabad and give us 100 Rs for go to Rajkot.
they arrange hotel stay far away from destination around 20 to 50 km away, that lead to less time for visiting our destination.
they arrange bus like city bus no proper relaxtaion during journey.

Very bad services, my parents planned kerala tours, but very disappointed about tours, bus condition very parhetic, hotel condition some where normal some where very bad,and hotel booking not in advance by tours organiser when reached any place and found near hotel by guide , that time around 1-2 hours wait for stay in hotel, Only one plus point is food was ok
