Idariyo Gadh

Amazing and quite adventurous trek to get on the top of the mountain. The view from there is phenomenal. Best time to visit is the monsoon season. To visit in summers you must have real high amount of daring to go up in the scorching heat.

It's a nice place for photography only. It should be maintained properly as a great heritage place. There is no availability of basic necessities like mineral water or food items. The people who have management are not responsible towards their work. They charge unnecessary amount for car entry nd room for stay.

Idar is a hidden gem in Gujarat. Many people think that there is nothing over there except rocky mountains. But that's a misconception. Idariyo Gadh is a beautiful place with stunning views from the top. The breathing scenery during rainy season will blow your mind away.

There are two ways to reach the top. You can drive through the curvy roads on the back side of the mountain. Alternatively, you can take the stairs (about 800 steps) to go up. This is the best option as you can see the stunning vista as you climb up. The best time is to go early morning to beat scorching heat and witness cloud cover on the mountain.

It will take about 3 hours to complete your climb and return.

It's totally natural proparty and health atmosphere. In idar behind area and Rani river it's amazing location.

Amazing place which you can visit and you can also climbing like trekking. A very good destination for one day trip. Avoid hot days.Prefferd timing morning and evening. Idariyo gadh has in all some 15 historic places as displayed in the board at entry point. Of them daulat mahal, ruthi rani no mahal, ranmal chowki are historic and rest are from old times. Ample parking at base of idariyo garh and lime juice and light readymade snacks available Each place has its own historic background. Be careful while climbing ruthi rani no mahal and more careful on descending. superb location for photography. Enjoy.

Wonderful place... the best time to visit is early morning or evening, avoid hot hours. The view from the top is fantastic.

Worst ever place to visit. No cleanliness, no hygiene , and not maintained by anyone.
