This place is like bounded by hills around.. and the continuous .. Breeze.. makes u feel. Amazing.. a quiet place.. totally changes the mood of the people who visit this place.. one can stand by the water body, and feel the cold air from the water..

Best months to visit the place would be Dec to Feb. Although wouldn't recommend the month of Jan if you're looking for a peaceful and calm getaway as it tends to get super crowded during the holiday season.
You have to pay a minimal entry fee. For the boat ride, it's Rs. 50/- per head for about a 2 min ride to the deeper waters.
The locals are super friendly and kind hearted. There are a number of local shops around the area selling essentials for the tourists.
