Head is good enough but the the tails not satisfied. . No direct communication between travellers n the guide over there,in between we were the prey. Each time we spoke n got our requirements . After the 1st day of disappointment, murugan travels arranged everything in a better way. Thanks for ur trip arrangements.

Worst service ever we have seen, we recently travelled to other country, and had a very tough time with this agency.

They are cheaters who focus only on Money and they will charge you a lot more than they agree with you. They won't tell proper guidelines or proper communication.

They will make sure that your trip and mind will go mad by their service. I won't recommend this to anyone. Don't waste your money! Please look some other agency. Don't try with this cheaters.

Totally waste of money. Our trip was to Singapore and Malaysia (Nov 1 2022 - Nov 6 2022). Malaysian arrangements were better but Singapore's planning was the worst. No guide provided we had to search for the places we go and visit.but the drivers asks us to come on time. Most of our time were eaten to search and couldn't spend peaceful time on the spot. Please don't go for this travels. The only thing I liked is the hotel and the food arrangements it was nice all the days.

Very worst experience tour ever had. They don't have proper agenda. They are making us in Waking up everyday at midnight 2 pm and asking us to travel 5 hours in bus wasting our time. It was not like tour. It was like punishment and We spent mostly in travelling and it was not like a tour. They are shifting the rooms locally everyday to minimize their expenses and poor arrangements in hotel for food.

Worst service perdicularly in overseas trips.in our case visa not provided and we wait and processed our own visa by paying extra cost and it was eaten our peace in the trip.

You have to explore things on your own but you have to pay them lot of money.

Better avoid selecting them....

They provide very poor rooms. They take commissions in everything we go like boat ride, shopping, auto wala, Very poor service. Tv not working in rooms they provide Fraud people putting Bill for not consuming items inside room. They give dinner at midnight and asking us to bear the problem every day in 5 days booking. Don't ever book in murugan travels

I am going to simla Manali Tour arrangement are very good hotel and food arrangement are good. And my suggestion all the Hotels are didn’t give the food and rooms to the Driver. This is not taken as easy. The driver is must to take rest and refresh to next day. So arrange the above to driver

not even worth of 1 star. very worst tour operator you can ever go with. no proper response from the employees, organisation team as well the owner Mr. Vishwanathan Palaniappan never picksup the call when we want.. but when he needs he will talk like banana..never go with this tour operator for any tour let it be international or local.. peace of mind is always needed when u spend so much money.. but with this operator you will loose both..be aware and cautious.. if there is some operator who is much costlier than these people.. better go with them.. tour comes to an end with not even completing half of it..utter waste of money with bad memories and experience..their only motive is money.. money..we jus need to pay the money..and they wil not do anytng fr dat money.. doesnt even picks the call even aftr calling multiple times.. but at time call goes in waiting.. i dont know what of kind of ownership or busines does the owner do? when he cant even call bak to someone to whom he has promised a service not for free of cost but for money which he has received from me.
