We had booked 3d/2n Ooty tour for a family of 4. The stay at Delightzinn was amazing, specially the open space behind the property is just 😍. The staff were extremely polite and sweet, Mr.Bala was more then helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant.
Special mention to our driver *MrPraveen* he was soo sweet and soo polite, always on time, clean cab, extremely smooth and safe driving, special tips/cautions before we enter any sightseeing spot, zero nonsense/disturbance, excellent service with a genuine smile. We are very much happy with the hospitality provided by Ooty Heritage Tours and Travels. We first interacted with Paul who coordinated our trip for 3 days and 2 nights in Ooty. Mr.Appu was our pick up driver and before we reached Ooty bus stop, Mr Appu was already waiting there to pick up us. 1.all three days was perfectly planned by Ooty heritage team( paul and team) especially - thipu the cab driver and assigned person for our trip
2. We could able to complete all the places on time
3. Stayed in ultimate hotel ooty ( view room was amazing morning sunrise eve sun set cahnsless
4. Ooty to conoor train booking was done by the travel agency
5. Overall travel experience was excellent .

100% hassle free ,there is no single issue we faced in 3days and 2 nights trip. Which is very budget in off season. We got around 11000 Rs. The gentleman Mr. Jawahar called us prior on trip and followed up with us regarding our journey and picked up on time.

Mr. Jawahar speaks so friendly and talks from bottom of heart ,he is pure soul. There is nothing fake ,there is no cunning character to eat our money. They won't expect any extra money or food from us.

Ooty heritage is much better than any MNC traveling agency in the world ,they just believed and following one top most important thing is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Mr. Jawahar was supporting us all time whatever changes or things we need. He was guiding and advising us properly through out the trip.

They always go for 3 star hotels which is having great breakfast and great experience.

We stayed in Delight Inn in first day and it was super awesome. Second day we stayed in Vista suites hotel as all rooms are sold out. Vista suites which was ok ok and not a great customer friendly hotel . Not like delight inn.

I insist everyone to book in prior and try to stay in Delight Inn.

Initially Mr. Paul guided us regarding booking and he kept his promise as he said about service.
