VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Very horrible experience

i had booked a Europe tour with Cox and Kings Ltd DB Mall store Bhopal.
Such a great services provided by them. My europe trip was awesome.
DB Mall staff is very helpful and very good in service providing.
Now i became a regular customer of there..
i just loved their services.
And i recommend to other peoples, please try once there services..

This is an established and listed company of travels and tours management & booking. A very good agency among well managed travel agencies of India. You can get on line advance booking too besides visiting the agency. Hundreds of branches and franchises are in every part of India, which has made this agency very profitable now. This branch of the company is located on first floor of DB Mall, Bhopal beside Marks & Spencer showroom.

Very Good experience with cox and kings db mall office, staff was too good, i visited Dubai tour all the services given by him as per commitment.

the trip organised by cox and king are really amazing and i had a great leiasure tour..the staff is also very helpful and just a call away to solve all your query..i really had a relaxing tour with no hustle and problems i would suggest everyone to go with cox and kings atleast onces to experience what a great tour feels like

This is the worst travel company ever. And their employees are the worst. Ashish pandey who sits in db mall branch bhopal is a cheater , totally unreliable and irresponsible.
They throw you 150 kms away from the city and won’t tell you the hotels location till the last minute. You cannot rely on them while outside your country as they just care about the money which you have already paid so you are just a liability for them

I inquired with them about visa for Singapore. Idid not want a package deal, just a tourist visa. The manager demanded me that he'll help me with the visa only if i get travel insurance and my tickets done by him. Furthermore, when i asked for some discount on tickets, he responded " Ehsan karrha hu aap par visa dekar" you've not take package from us. Charging unnecessary miscellaneous fees and still having that audacity to talk like that from the customers? Unbelievable.
