We had booked an Umrah package through them. First they confirmed the flights in Oman air with a less lay over of 2 hours to Jeddah. Just two days before the departure they changed the time of flight and the date of return. It increased our lay over time by 4 hours thereby waiting in Muscat for 6 hours. Moreover they changed the date of return also. I had booked a connection flight on the day of arrival after they confirmed the flight. The last moment change in flight caused me to miss those flight and a financial loss of 7500 INR. Since it happened due to their mistake I asked for a refund, but they didn't give even a single rupee.
Regarding the hotel they said it's 400m away from haram but we were given a hotel 1.5km away from haram. Moreover they didn't allow us to check in for hours though we arrived after a tiresome journey.
Not recommended at all.

This holiday agency is a joke. We booked a trip to goa. My friends and I had planned an amazing trip to goa. This trip turned out to be a nightmare after we landed in goa.

First of, the pictures sent to us for our accommodation was that of a fancy hotel which boasts off a three star facility. Once we got there, we were shattered by what was promised. It turned out to be a hotel which is a pass. This hotel was a total fiasco. Poorly managed, low customer service were the two major features of this accommodation.

Secondly, the tour package came with breakfast and dinner included in it. After getting the taste of our breakfast and dinner on the first day, we stopped going there. The food was below par served in very untidy, dirty dishes. Dinner was served in an odd looking, kinda run down place. Although the people were nice, the food was not. We seemed to be the only people having food there. Not cool.

Tbh, the lady who helped us get our package done was helpful Her name is lija. But as a team Gama failed to impress us.

The planning and timing by the agency was great.accomodation was also good with reasonable rate, thanks Gama holidays

Last day me and my friends visit a resort in wayanad named as coffee caunty resort . We feel that we are king that type of coustomer service up there and realy we enjoyed a lot And we are realy thanks to gama holidays to gave a wonderful expirence to us.
