No value for customer , rude bus staff worat service.

High charge without seeing problem

My berth is filled with rain water,how can a passenger can sleep,very irresponsible and too uncomfort.

No value for customers...Bus staff are very rude...
Rate is very high..while booking You said lot of amenities are providing during journey but nothing is provided in journey.... Please teach some decency to the staff...Also maintain some maintenance for the bus...Tv is not working condition...Faulty switch boards..No bed sheets provided.. They even didn't provide water bottle.i never suggest orange travels any more.

They are not polite and especially drivers helpers.. they must be educated
