I was very very disappointed from this University . I have many reasons for disliking this place.I will give a brief review for this place . For good user interface i am writing my reviews in points as follows- 1. First of all there is no clear path for the entry in university. 2.There is no hostel facility for student. 3. The campus of this University is very very small. It is just a building. 4. It's also very hard to locate the place, even with the google maps is not sure about this place. 5. The security is also hard to guaranteed.
The only thing i liked about this place was it's location. Obviously Shimla is queen of hills. The government should pay heed about the development of this University.

Uit is an engineering college which comes under hpu located near police station, Summerhill,shimla-5,(H.P.). The institution offers Btech. Degree in 5 streams namely: 1. CSE (computer science engineering) 2. IT(information and technology) 3. EE(Electrical engineering) 4. ECE(Electronics and communication engineering) 5. CE(Civil engineering)
Faculty here is scholarly,hard working and persistent. The labs are well equipped and whole campus has an access wifi which is very helpfull. The college is located in a quite and peaceful place which helps the student to focus and enjoy learning. The only drawback is about hostel availability and campus space.

UIT HPU is about 1 Km downwards from University Summer hill chowk and is near police post. About 10- 12 LMV can be parked along the roadside nearby

The worst college to invest four precious years of your life in. The staff is worst and least co-operative. The management is least friendly. And god knows what is the problem with clerical staff unko toh next level attitude hai. Tamiz se bat krne hi nhi ati unko teacher ho to kya attitude jhadoge hamara maa baap ka paisa khakar hampar hi rob jhadte hai

If u are not getting any scholarships here then u may choose some better private engineering college. Because this college fees is even more than other private engineering colleges with too high risk to ur career (hard to get placenments). Although teachers are good,but the management is worst that u can't imagine. overall college rating is down because of its management. Specially director of uiit needs to be changed to save it from downfall, and a proactive and wise director need to be choses. U can't say uit a Btech college as its working is just like any other BSc college. Don't take admission here if ur parents allow u to take soem other course then take it and learn from utube.

Only designation error.men in powers are not able to decide anything at right time. Even some times datesheet is displayed before 3-4 days before exams😂😂😂.college management is very punctual at the time of fees even we are supposed to pay the fees before getting into the college. Although,uit gives you a chance to discover your self.best place to reach your goal but on your own dont expect anything from the" men in powers".
