Staff not very helpful unless you are proactive. Menu is super complicated with too many unclear choices. Way less crowded than the one in Darjeeling, and not as spacious. On the plus side the tea comes with biscuits!

This outlet of Golden Tips is much less crowded than the one on MG Marg. Milon, the store manager, explained in details about the various varieties of tea they had.
