Prepaid also cheating. Instead of Deep Resorts which is 2.3km from railway station, they had given coupon for Raj Group Hotel which is far away from Deep Resorts and charged Rs.110/-. There is adjustment between the prepaid counter staff and the Auto Drivers. Anothet one Auto Driver asked me Rs.250/- for Deep Resorts and he also told me that it is the prepaid charge. Unlike other places, there is no Police control in Puri prepaid system.
