Pre-Paid Taxi Booth

I booked a taxi from airport to sion circle . They took 410rs fare.. I didn't have extra money as I booked my travel bus online. Taxi stopped in between, engine was not starting, i came from abroad obviously I did not have Sim to call them.. So they left me in between with two luggage n handbag... It was my first time in Mumbai ... Plus I asked rickshaw driver a fair from airport to sion, he said Below 100.. Ty 😑

Wish I could give 0 star. Today morning I hired prepaid taxi from Mumbai International Airport was the worst decision of my life ever. First of all driver didn't know the destination address moreover he started insulting me and made me to get down half way to an unknown location. I don't know how effective it is to post a review over here. And I am pretty sure I am not the only victim here I saw many reviews too. Please take strict action against these ill-mannered fellows.

P.s. Ladies please avoid taking prepaid taxis.

They have a special counter claiming women driver and it was disappointing to get a male driver. It's also way more expensive than an ola and has arrogant drivers who take whichever route pleases them without heeding to customer requests

Not even one star can be given, that much worse it was. The ladies inside the booth doesn’t have common sense and just rudely behaves. Pathetic situation in Mumbai airport prepaid taxi stand. No one will want to transit via Mumbai after their first experience.
So so so pathetic!!!

Worst organization. Do not book. No management, old taxis, pathetic drivers, not at all recommend even in emergency.

Booked taxi from T 2 terminal to cst, mumbai on 31st Aug.The fare as per the receipt comes to 560/- as per receipt no. 6307299. But the staff demanded and I had to pay 610/-. Do not know who pockets this extra money. Such fleecing of hapless travellers must stop.

I boarded for an auto in mumbai Airport for rs 150 but he used all the tricks am showed half city in one ride getting down he charged Me 300 which is 100% more than what he said. People try to be fair in whatever u do

If you want to have a somewhat better road journey in Mumbai traffic roads NEVER book in Prepaid taxi. Old and damaged cars, in most of their cars AC is not working (but they charge for AC),
