Doon Cars Taxi Service

Called to check for taxi services - was received by a man using abusive language with a lady customer. To be specific, sweared at me with hindi mother-sister abuses. Will also be reporting the same to the police.

This is the worst taxi service j had ever experience, the owner don't have manners to talk, the drivers are alcoholic and cars are of poor condition. They have cancelled the booking even after taking advance. Book taxi from here if u want your trip to be worst.

Worst experience....firstly they told me 3500 + parking but later after completion of trip they told 4000 + parking........cheater .....don't go for this....and owner don't have manners to talk.........

1- Please avoid family and specially ladies.
2- owner is alcoholic and abusive.
3- For ladies ride is not safe.
4- Taxi booking is not professional
5- Owner drunk use the abusive language.
6- Owner is abusive and use the bad slang and use the life threatening language, seems to be a don.

Family person.pleade avoid these cab service.. the owner don't have behave to speak.. local illiterate persons...

Pathetic owner with worse drivers.
The first ride was from Dehradun to Mussoorie where driver reached in 2 hrs instead of 40 minutes as was promised.
We were given a strict timeline of 60 minutes to have lunch post which for every hour he was increasing 3-400 bucks

The second ride was supposed to be from Mussoorie to Delhi. We were in touch with the owner consistently to ensure we get a taxi. The night before also he confirmed.
On the morning of our travel we called him again and he said driver is on the way. After waiting for another two hours he said he DOESNT HAVE A CAR
Idiots of the highest order
These people should not run a business.

The owner of this is not professional we had booked cab from Delhi to Rishikesh , the time promised to us was of 12AM and driver came to us at 4 A.M which ruined all our plans of river rafting , and after this we complained about driver as he was drunk , the owner started using abusive words . Please don't book it if you don't want to ruin your trips .

booked cab on crucial time .and they comfirm me that cab ll be reaching on time at Rs 4500 on total.when i call them nefore half hour before thay said that we can't provide u car. We can only provide if u give 6000 ..for the booking in place of 4500.on main time they cheated with costomer.
Pathetic services..nvr book from this fake agency.
