I booked cab from delhi to dehradun and I had really good experience. Both and driver were nice and was on time. Pricing are also low compare to others. So I recommend uttrakhand taxi service to my friends. 5 star to uts

Pathetic service and commitment to customers...I booked my cab for airport today and 15 mins before pickup time the driver tells me I am 1 hr away from your place....had to book ola which luckily provided the cab on time and I was able to catch my flight. The driver didn't even know the place of pickup...the contact number of uts was also unresponsive as they knew they will have to hear from the customer....very bad experience

This is my first ride through UTS. Navigation is great, better than any other app. Driver was polite, experienced in traffic rules, very cooperative. Also rate was pocket friendly.

Fastest and often the cheapest transport around the city. There's usually always a driver no more than 5 minutes away and the cars are usually alwyas impeccabl. 5/5 and will continue to use UTS anywhere I need to.

Great app. great service. Just that sometime the destinations that are far off, the drivers gave a hard time searching for a UTS drivers.

Love the safety aspect of it- especially the checks when a vechile is not moving. cashless payments are also preferable. Overall I cant remember how Ilived before UTS

Excellent and accommodative service. Service approaches with in minutes without waiting much. In general the rates are reeasonable and in line with distance travelled.
