After having used this taxi service from Landour to Dehradun, I was impressed with the service and made the mistake of leaving them a good review and also booking another taxi from Dehradun to Chandigarh. I was promised an innova CRYSTA but sent a normal old innova that was not clean either and arrived to pick us up late. Mr. Chandra Prakash (the owner of this company) insisted that we pay the same price for the normal innova as we were going yo for the CRYSTA. He said he was sorry but still was wanting to haggle for the price and finally said he would make it ₹300 lesser than the ₹7,000 we were going to pay for the CRYSTA !! Since we had already loader our luggage and were already late, we took the same dirty car.
The driver Ajay met with an accident on the way which shook us completely but we waited patiently for 1 hour for him to first finish his quarrel and then have his car fixed. On the way we asked him to stop at the gurdwara ‘Paonta Sahib’ (which is on the way to Chandigarh — And no detour at all) for a few minutes and the driver cribbed and then refused to have the AC on while one of us was waiting in the car. The owner Mr. Chandra Prakash spoke on the phone and was extremely disrespectful and rude — he said we should have mentioned we wanted to make a stop at the Gurdwara before hand ! I feel this man must also want people to mention the number of food and toilet breaks they may need on the way before hand too ! ) Shameful, disgraceful and rude people with terribly maintained cars. They manage to fool you on short distant trips only. - - DO NOT GO by the reviews here — they are all probably for short distance trips only. That is exactly how I myself got conned by these horrible and unprofessional people.

It was a our super experience with Khushi taxi service Mussoorie. New and clean can.. owner and driver behaviour very friendly and helpful. We book cab in just 2 minutes. We booked cab from Mussoorie to dehradun airport drop. Overall had a great experience with Khushi taxi service Mussoorie.

We used this Khushi Taxi Service | Taxi Service in Mussoorie for 3 days. Bunty was our driver, always on time and courteous. Well priced. importantly, we found him to be very safe with an easy stable temperament. Much needed on those ghats. Highly recommend 👍👍

The service is very good and professional. They can reduce a bit of rate I feel. Apart from that, good experience. Veer ji was our designated driver and he was very punctual and drives really well.
