1. Driver was almost 1 hour late for the pickup in the morning. 2. Cab was too old. Not in a very good in condition. (I was told at the time of booking that I will get the vehicle in a very good condition) 3. We had to stop the car and wait on the road for more than 15 minutes due to over heating problem in the car, driver didn't have the water. So he took our drinking water to cool the engine down. We had to give since we did not want to get stuck on the road. 4. He took a detour for many kms just to avoid the toll and the road that he took was super bad. Driver first told that he is taking this road to avoid traffic, then later, by mistake he spoke that owner asked him to take the bad to avoid toll. My family had a really really bad time. 5. While paying driver didn't accept online payment like Paytm/ Phonpe because he said that he had to fix the car so he need only cash. We had to give the only cash we carried. 6. I used this service for the first time but had a very poor experience.
To Business: a) Why did you give the car if it was broken down just the day before after coming from Delhi, the previous night? b) You should have asked us to pay the toll before you decide to take detour to avoid toll, that too on such bad road c) Please don't reduce the price and give such poor experiences to the customer.

Runway cabs is Great cab service in bareilly so thanks Runway cabs
