Unprofessional and unsafe drivers at Just Cab. Just Cab has been offering worst service with no training and control over the driver and poor quality of the driver.
I used Just Cab from Bareilly to Delhi in April 2017
The driver was very unprofessional.
- The driver did rash driving throughout the journey even after telling him to drive smooth. The driver was using hard brakes consistently giving poor quality of ride with jerks.
- The driver literally escaped the accident due to rash driving and driving fast even at the cuts.
- The driver was rude after waiting for 2 hours, even when the cab has been hired with deal of 4 hours waiting.
- Certainly very unprofessional taxi service.
- The driver was reluctant in arranging luggage into the taxi. He wants passenger to keep the luggage in taxi.
- Driver charged 2-way toll even when cab was hired for one-way
The one-way cab is required to pay one-way toll and two-way kms charge by any other taxi service.
My recommendation is not to hire such a poor cab service.

A very experienced driver.The condition of car is also very well maintained and neat and clean.The prices are also very normal.

The service quite good. We were provided with well maintained Innova Crysta as per requirement for 5 days. The service was quite prompt in terms timeliness, cleanliness, payment terms clarity etc.
Would definitely recommend them to others for tourist cab requirements.

They provided a small car, however i already mentioned that we are 4 people and have lot of stuff. But the car condition was ok and driver was good.

Good taxi service provider for local provide good packages as well , but not worthy for emergency conditions as customer executive don't pick up the call

The services provided by the Just cab taxi services were outstanding. Well mannered drivers who reached timely when and wherever called and reasonable fares are the unique characteristics of this service. Once one avails the services he/she does not need to worry about commuting because they take care of the same.
