Very good service. Easy to book and communicate through whatsapp. I contacted them for a hourly rental service. The team was very responsive, and arranged a car within short notice. The driver was on time, very professional, and kind. The car was neat and good. They accept UPI payments. I would definitely use their service again. I recently travelled to Varanasi during the long weekend of August 15, 2022. I did not expect such a huge number of tourists as the city was full of thousands of tourists.

Availability of cabs became an issue for obvious reasons and I was struggling to find a reliable cab service. After facing multiple cancellations from various cab service providers, I managed to connect with Mr Rahul at Big Cab. Not only did he provide a good driver who showed up on time the next morning but the car was well maintained too. The driver was very courteous and introduced me to a few popular local food places and historic sites too. I had a great time with sight seeing and managed to reach the Varanasi airport well in time for my evening flight.
