Details send by you was wrong. You send following details- "*Swift Dzire* UP 65 GT 1250 Driver : Ravi " But instead of Dzire you send different car (Picture attached). Car driver made excuses to go different location other than predecided location (which was far). Driver charged extra money.

I was at Varanasi for 2 days (24 & 25 Sep. 2019) and stayed at Ganges Grand, Godowlia Chowk with family.
We had a plan to visit Varanasi for which I enquired with some reputed cab service provider for an INOVA for one day trip at 09 AM and believe me, the quote from Om Kasi Taxi was the lowest among all. I booked the cab immediately and asked him to pick up from hotel at 11 AM. Everything was according to plan but suddenly my wife reported that, She is not feeling well at 10.30 hrs and we dropped the plan.
I informed immediately to Om Kashi Taxis and apologize for unexpected cancellation. The owner is a very good gentleman. He handelled the situation in a professional manner. Booked cab was waiting at our door step but he accept the cancellation with smile without any argument and complain. The situation was inconvenient but I was helpless.

Driver not co-operative, not arranged good hotels, not guide the place, avoiding the tolroads taking kachhaa roads, force us to pay the food charges which he have, too much talketive, un necessary forcing us to go have tea .

Inexperienced driver .Did not know routes . Asked us to find routes. Arrogant and used to be drunk at night before dropping us at hotel.
