Red Taxi Tirupur

They have to increase their service area. Atleast should offer service in Tiruppur corporation limit. Every time i have charged 100 extra for non service area, but i could see taxi parked near to my area.
Not preferable for local ride since the price is too high.
Recommended for out station.

A lot of hidden charges.Some drivers lack integrity. For example, I had a bill of Rs 144. But the driver simply said 150. I trusted and paid him. Only after checking the messages I found the original amount. Another time, a driver collected his return toll amount from me (Outstation drop only).They dint disclose such charges while booking. Also, once driver reached my place earlier than the booked time. I was charged waiting charge for his early arrival. So pls make sure you ask all the charges while booking. Similarly check your messages for the actual amount charged. Never blindly trust them!!

Everything is best.
One of the best service in recent times for sure.
But the driver's behaviour is very worst.. he's driving like "why should i have to drive for you"! 😤 My Father is like 😠 after watching his face 🤦‍♂️.

Hotel Maniam classic I got the worst experience ever from the driver. For the reason that it heard some sound when I closed the door he was shouting and using abusing words during the entire trip. It’s usual to hear some sound while closing doors of a car and believe me it was a normal sound. We didnt do anything in an intention to harm his car. But he was very angry, he was using abusing words in Tamil during the entire trip, and when reached railway station we were about to call railway police
I registered a complaint and customer care people told me they warned the driver. I dont know it’s up to u, but I dont think such people change because of warning

Good taxi service. Well mannered drivers. The charges are very nominal compared to the other taxi services.
It will be nice if the drivers are strictly instructed not to use the mobile phone while driving.

I use their service every time I travel to tiruppur. excellent team. very prompt response and clean process is being followed. drivers are very professional. just that the rates are a tad bit on higher end.

Sad to see Red Taxi's level of service is declining. Worst experience in getting my parents home. Driver simply cancelled the trip when the phone and doesn't even bother to call the alternate number. Cab driver charged extra 60Rs from me. He took 170Rs totally. The actual message getting late
