Good service but sometimes they send higher end vehicles and charges fell on customer's cash box. Poor customer have to caugh up for no fault of their's. The flimsy reason (that the desired low cost vehicle is not available) is not acceptable as the service provider never consult when sending the high cost vehicle The customer have to cough up the higher cost as they were in hurry to move on. The taxi service should consult the customer when they are not in a position to send the desired vehicle. The customers must careful to demand the required vehicle

Comparing to other taxi services, I appreciate Friends Track Call Taxi. I used their services several times. Booking staff are very polite and informative. Drivers also customer friendly and caring.
