Red Taxi Trichy

1. Booking : Asked to wait and call for 15 minutes due to non availability of cabs.
2. Cab guy took 15-20 minutes and required guidance to reach Trichy railway station!
3. Eventually he took a roundabout route (knowingly) to increase fare distance. 20 km to 30 km!!
4. Lesson : keep your Google maps ON and ensure you are not cheated!

Experience of booking call taxi via phone 📱 is better and simple than other app taxi. Service was quick and cab was in good condition. Driver was courteous. Overall had nice experience in availing their service in Trichy.

I was using redtaxi regularly and the service was satisfactory. But, booked an outstation roundtrip. They quoted Rs.12/km while booking. But, charged Rs.14.78/km upon completion and collected nearly Rs.2000 more. The driver said that their manager assured him of getting more money from me. That means anybody in redtaxi can manipulate the tariff. Emailed to their customer support, but, no reply. So, beware of this cheating company.

Worst Service!!!

There is no negative rating here, otherwise I would have rated in negative stars.

I called early to book a cab. They said they will accept bookings only one hour before the pickup time.

When I call one hour before my pickup time, they told "sorry, drivers are not there",

When I asked why did you tell you have 24x7 service, the speaker says they provide 24x7 phone lifting service, but not cab service.

Really frustrated by the experience..
Never going for red taxi again.. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone as well.

Had availed of the RedTaxi from Raiwsy station to Home in Trichy and fir Airport drop from Home. On both occasions, the operators were polite while arranging the drivers and the vehicles were in you condition with very polite drivers with reasonable costs sometimes lower than the auto rickshaws. Overall pleasant experiences in Trichy.

The best service. Drivers are so kind and cooperative. When ever I go out i prefer only Red taxi. Prompt service. No cheating. Overall I am fully satisfied.

Good well maintained cars onboarded with polite driver and in time pick up. Hassle free travel. Properly billed and got notifications of final amount. Good for customers who look for transparency in billing.

Poor customers service. No checklists to ensure safety and comfort of passengers. Paid full amount for a car that had a faulty aircon. I'm posting this so that both the #redtaxi and the users can learn from this issue.
