Nice and comfortable journey with Fastrack. Drivers are always polite and cooperative. There might be a slight delay but that’s pretty much understandable when compared to cities. Reasonable rate when compared with private cabs. Good experience

Fast Track Taxi Service in NGL is giving best and reliable for the people. Drivers are polite and punctual. Also, they don't charge extra from billing amount. I am not a frequent user and writing this review based on couple of trips made through Fast Track. Cost is comparatively equal to Auto in town, So I will recommend Fast Track for all you wish to commute in NGL town.

Worst customer service in Nagercoil, they don't know how to treat customer enquiries, today I went for temple near vallioor and end point @ pudhugramam. While We enquired for booking details they said one charges and after finishing drop driver telling additional km and when we spoke with the lady (I don't like to mention her name)who attended my call speaking was very worst in customer services, I don't know how they are took that kind of person for this field, In Chennai we had a pleasant service in same fast-track.
In Nagercoil we went in best track and friends track they gave a clear details and good customer service and drivers too polite.
When I speaking with her showed that much attitude and when I asked to speak polite she started to speak in English I don't know polite can able only speak in English or what, I informed sure I will complaint regards ur speeches but she argued and said do what you can, after I said my background she asked for apologize and I didn't mean like that.
This message for the management who gives great service to people and your office staff but Every person should be loyal to your fast track as like you from customer service persons to drivers.
I don't have option less than one star so only I selected single star.

Tried to book taxi in July. Worst experience. Booking guy was so rude.

Fastrack driver in a Tata Zest is worst. Doing road rage. Happened before 3 days in thottiyodu. Behaviour of the driver is very worst
