Worst Service. Our Booking Reference 140 dated on 01/03/2018 was booked to report the taxi at 11.45 and till 12.45 there was no taxi came. Resulted in cancellation of train ticket and booked to other train. Finanical loss due to worst service given by Golden call taxi

Worst experience ever.Booked from chennai to Bangalore Driver took away extra money from the innocent lady passengers. And driving and behavior was bad and rude even after requesting that the travelling passenger is a medical patient. He had no patient to listen anything. I am just calling and complaining to the management for 3 days but no positive response. They are not even ready to listen full story and respond. I could understand that other other one star rating is all about now. Booked this by mistake. Its better to book some good calltaxi because you wont even need to pay more and have unsafe journey.

Cab was good.. But problem with driver.. When I booked the cab for outstation, a person from Golden Call Taxi called me and said I have to pay 1 day of travel bata to the driver and even though I have booked only for one way I might need to pay for return also.. This is what I have accepted.. But when I am about to make the payment the cab driver demanded for 2 days of bata and he was very harsh at me.. Since I came for attending a death, I paid him and let him go.. These guys are very greedy and cheat.. I believe driver and Taxi company does this cheating business together.. Next day when I called Golden Taxi, they have accepted that driver should have only taken 1 day of bata and it is my mistake that I have paid him more and they said they can’t do anything.. When u don’t have a control on ur driver u should not be running the business at all..

the person talking in the phone was very rude and adamant. was not listening. take ola or uber or your local driver it is better. they do not want to listen to you.

I booked package for 50Km from ambattur to airport . Compare to Uber and Ola they given best price .

Evem though i booked few hours before. Very old indica car with broken windows, no ac and no rear view mirror sent. Very poor condition of the car.
When charges are higher or comparable to app based services. This came as a shock
