Very nice cab service for exploring ooty. Car was clean and comfortable.Our driver Nithish was very punctual, polite and efficient in driving and was aware about places. Prices are reasonable. One thing to mention that, they give you full time to explore the sighseeing without any hurry. Our driver Nithish covered each and every point given in itinery. I will definitely take their service for my future journeys. Thanks for making our holidays colourful.

Promised for 6-7 places in pykara but shown only 4.
Response to the comment - 1. Never changed the location already shared location at the very first day of booking the driver arrived around 10:15am. This was the reason we started after 10:15am. 2. The driver requested to return from 3:30pm and called multiple times when we were in shooting spot.
We were shown only 4 places out of 7 and timings were 10:15 to 4:30pm.

We booked cabs from black & white holidays for Ooty -Coonoor site seeing. The cab was super clean.Our driver Arun was really very well trained driver,his driving was smooth. Arun is such a polite and humble human being, he gave us full time for local site seeing with no hurry. We could enjoy our trip to Ooty because of good cabs service provided by Black & white holidays. I surely recommend this cab service. Go for it🤘🏻😀

Was in Ooty along with family for 3 days, found them online. Felt little hesitant initially but was very happy and satisfied with them during my entire 3 days.
All their three drivers Arun, Aakash and Vignesh are very punctual, helpful and supportive. They r on time from pickup from Ooty railway station till drop at Coimbatore Airport. Taken us through all major places in Ooty, Pujara and Conor.
Even their proprietor Deepak was very friendly.
Good job Deepak and team, keep it up.

So the discussion started on WhatsApp followed by confirming the trip on call. I had a great discussion with Mr. Deepak as I was looking for customized plan for Ooty and nearby places. He made sure that the cab is cleaned, well maintained and is on time along with providing the customised plan. The cabbie Mr. Arun was there at the hotel to pick me up and the travel was super smooth, he made sure that I cover all the points and was patient enough as I made the car stop at several points to take some good landscape photographs. So it was a three day trip and I must say the team of Mr. Deepak and service is absolutely awesome. If you're here and reading my review then you can go ahead with choosing Black & White. Deepak make sure you retain your team and keep providing the services like this only. 😊

It’s more than a ten star service, Well it was a random pick from google about this particular service just by looking at the reviews, we called early morning 4am to Deepak the man who runs this business whole and sole I would only say he’s beyond unbelievable despite of we giving him a random call he did answer the call and gave us all the rates related to the packages as we confirmed the package I asked him for a very decent driver and he assigned M Vignesh to us. Now the actual story starts this man is incredible and has got tons of patience with proper ethics he has shown all the essential places and took very good care of us and also helped us in finding the best restaurants in Ooty and Coonor besides this as we are from Hyderabad we had no idea about the places which one was more worth watching Deepak and Vignesh made our trip extremely joyful and returning to our hometown with lots of memories and we are coming back for sure and using their services and we only need Vignesh again. I would say you should be paid double than what you’re receiving fantastic driving skills and very neat maintenance of the car. Thank you for showing us utmost care and respect.

After checking out all of the major tourist destinations in Ooty, we have again called the Black & White holidays to get out of an uncomfortable experience we’ve had in a city bus that departs from Ooty to Bengaluru.
Deepak’s car was sent to pick us up and from there on, the journey was buttery smooth. Driver named M Nithesh took care of us. His driving skills were beyond amazing. Very punctual and professional.Give that man a raise already!
I’m recommending the Black & White holidays to anyone who’s travelling to Ooty. Trust me, the experience was a pure bliss.
