Positive..Drivers are good. Everything else is negative.Cannot trust this travels. During peak season, they give filmsy reasons to cancel pre booked trips.The vehicle type is also changed without prior intimation.They probably take up other trips with surge pricing, cancelling pre booked ones. This travels is also called by aliases Ooty travels, cctravels etc. Best way is to book through the help desk of hotels rather than this travels.
