I had very good experience with cab services. Ms bhavna was very helpful n polite. she arranged to get affordable cab for Amritsar city tour. I had a good and safe experience as solo lady traveller

We were a group of four adults and a 3 year old kid. The Vehicle we booked was Innova but alloted vehicle was Hyundai Alcazar after taking our consent.

Ms Divya Singh helped us to book the car hassle free and enquired through out our trip for any help or assistance.She was very helpful and time-bound for giving the quotes and queries.

The car was very nice and brand new.The driver Azad Singh was also very gentle and helpful.
Our 13 days trip was a memorable one.

We had an excellent experience with Sitaram Puri during our 6 days trip (around 1600 KM) in Rajasthan, He is an excellent driver and knowledgeable, explained each and every things, He is friendly, helpful and always on time, he always offered best services to make our trip safe and comfortable, we felt very good with his calm and concentrated driving skills, we will recommend all of our friend to hire Sitaram Puri as driver who are visiting Rajasthan. I travelled with Ravindra. He was polite and extremely punctual and it was nice travelling with him. Owners are polite and approachable. The only issue was I felt the price was little on the higher side. I paid around Rs 44000 for 2200 for 13 days which was like Rs 20/km. It would have been good if I had negotiated a per km deal rather than a all inclusive deal.

My 10 days Rajasthan tour was awesome due to the excellent service provided by them. Highly experienced driver, very good car provided by Rajputana Cab service. I am fully satisfied with their services .

Worst ever cab service. They didn’t share the number of the driver till the last moment and at the time of departure casually told that it will be late by 2 hours (this also when we called them)…no manners how to talk to a client . They take the token amount and don’t inform anything till the last moment so you are in a mess. Worst cab service. Will never recommend it to anyone. Don’t waste your money here. Our whole plan went upside down due to these guys and the person over call surely needs to learn some manners. I would have rated them even less if it was possible.

Normally I don't write reviews but the entire experience with Rajputana Cabs was simply amazing. All we needed to do was sort out the trip details and fares in advance, and the company took care of the rest. The rates were affordable and the driver, who was assigned to us "Rajesh Meena" was an extremely polite person. He helped us chart our route to the places we wanted to visit and provided suggestions wherever necessary. Even the hotels that were recommended by him had top notch services. This is a thank you note to him and the company for making our trip a memorable one.

Driver Ravinder Singh was really kind and helpful. He kept his car clean and no bad odour. We really enjoyed the journey and his company as he was taking us to amazing restaurants everyday, shopping markets. He even took our inputs if we wanted to go to any place in particular. I recommend him without any second thoughts.
