We hired an Innova with a driver for four days (Amritsar-Dalhousie-Amritsar). The car and the service both, were excellent. The car was in a good condition, the price was very competitive and they had all their documents in order. They also have professional uniforms, name-tags and numbers for their drivers. Our driver (Mr. Sanjay ji) was extremely helpful and knew his way around the hills. He even helped plan out our itinerary based on his experience. Overall, a great experience!

I had booked ac Innova from 4 -10 May 2019 for 7 days to cover Amritsar, Attari Border, Dalhousie, Dharamshala from AmritsarAirport to Amritsar airport. Innova was in very good condition with good ac. Driver Joga Singh was well dressed, punctual, safe and co-operative driver. Our rate was inclusive of road toll, parking and driver allowance. Joga Sing never expected that we should pay anywhere for parking, toll or for his tea, breakfast or meals. When I finally paid him full and final at airport his body language never gave any signal of expectations of tips this waswsurprising for me. I paid him good tip. Hats off to Joga Singh and Hastir Travels.
Just a area of improvement for Hastir Travels is that if they can tell all the drivers to volunterely help customers while loading/unloading baggages. Joga Sing was also helping from bottom of his heart after asking him which could have been volunterely. This does not reduce their ranking.
Trust with this type of service Hastir and Joga Singh will go long way. All the best.
