Driver was nice person.. He guided throughout tour. Nice and clean cars.. we used sedan car. We are happy with the service and recommend this taxi service to tourists looking for taxi service in Odisha.

We booked a Winger 12 seater during our Puri trip in June 2022. It was provided at a very competitive rate. We booked it for 2 days, one day for Konark and Bhubaneshwar and for Chilka lake on the second day. There was a slight problem on the second day when the driver was taking us to Satpada Gabakunda for boating instead of OTDC Satpada. Fortunately we had a written itinerary which was already confirmed. I will still give a rating of 5 star since that was solved by the owner within minutes, over telephone. Excellent service over all and would love to use their services again.

Best taxi service, professional, good rate, well behaved drivers, artive at hotel before scheduled time and good suggestions from Mr. Kartikeswar. Booked for 2nd Nov and 3rd Nov for Puri to Konark and Puri to Chilika Lake, Satapada side. A suggestions , donot recommend Maa Kalijai Restaurant at Pvt Boat ride are a for food. The taste of food is below average, uncleaned utensils, price of veg items , rice etc are very very high compared to quality of food. Highly recommended for a good taxi service.

Worst service ever. The owner or the person whom i dealt with is Karthik who is a number1 fraud. He quoted a price for my trip and asked to pay more while dropping me at the destination when i gave him left and right he said very bad things to me. He was literally shouting at me. Classless person he is. DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE
