We recently concluded our 7 night 8 days Tour of Himachal Pradesh i. e. Naarkanda, Chitkul, Sangla Velly, Sarhaan, Kalpa Shimla (w.e f. 11.6.22 to 18.6.22) through Himachal Taxi online Service with more than 100 % satisfaction. We have 5 family members. Our tour was well organised by Aakriti Singh Kalanta. She sent me well prepared itinerary with cost of the tour which was accepted by me in the first instance because the same was good competitive pricing. Hotels of Naarkanda, Chitkul, Kalpa and Shimla are very good except the hotel of Naarkanda. They have provided us good services. We have highly skilled driver Sanjay with excellent mountain driving skills. Overall the experience was nice and comfortable. In the end I must say that it was a very good perfect and reliable service provided by them.

Aakriti, the trip plan and the related arrangements were excellent! This was an unforgettable experience to all of us though the last leg of the journey was a bit tiring। Few things, I feel, you may need to improve in the coming days to make this package more attractive। The location of the hotel at Manali has to be changed which should be easily accessible । You must provide relatively new car to ensure safety of the passengers while travelling through extremely dangerous roads specially in the sector stretching from Batal to Gramphu! Full credit goes to our driver cum guide Rameshji without whom it would have been very very difficult to complete the entire journey।
However, overall we had a memorable trip which we all enjoyed to the fullest।

We booked this taxi service and travelled within Himachal, from Shimla railway station, and went to our hotel, which was outside Shimla. On the next day we went for a sight seeing tour of Shimla. Then we went to Manali, stayed there and did a sight seeing tour there as well. Then we went to Chandigarh finishing our tour with this taxi service. The coordination that we recieved from Akriti Singh Kalantar, was outstanding! We recieved instant communications of every payment we made, every conversation worth keeping a record of, and every other aspect that we asked her to keep a record of.

The driver Mr. Arveen Thakur is also a super nice human being. We made friends while in the trip. He really understood the type of travel we prefer and showed us their authentic "Desi" food and we really enjoyed that! He also took us through some less traveled roads with some beautiful views as he knew we'd love that. He handled our luggage very carefully. He was always there, just a phone call away.

Overall, a very nice experience. Taxi services are an integral part of any tour. It can make or break your tour. This taxi service made our tour a memorable one. In one word: recommended. Go for it, you won't regret your decision.
