Please don't go by this company's good ratings, i did the same and i have not had a worse experience. Booked innova crysta for a 5-days trip to Himachal and the driver kept changing the booking conditions throughout the journey. Meanwhile he was also very persistent on stopping at certain petrol pumps only and pressed us to pay via card (which shouldn't be his business anyway). Other than this, he was also calling and messaging WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. We were practically waiting to get home safely.

We hired a cab for drop to Vrindavan from Delhi airport. Although it was a last minute booking, we were assured everything would be good. The driver Raaj Kumar, was on time, took the route we preferred, was very courteous too. The drive itself was relaxing thanks to the great roads and great driving. I was booked vehicle for 4days , for delhi local and agra and haridwar, I was very very disappointed with vehicle and driver, driver dont have any knowledge about trip, driver was very very stupid he dont know how to treat customer, he dont park vehicle in spot. We have to search for vehicle or on call.they know only were C N G will get lower price. In total trip driver searching in google C N G pumps, pls dont book in blaze. Humble request. I spend 16000/- for vehicle for waste trip.

The car was very clean and well maintained.

The journey was very smooth without any issues.
