HIRA TAXI SERVICE

I recently went to one of the busy North Indian states, as I was new to this place I hired a taxi to reach my hotel from airport and the driver charged huge amount which I never expected. I had actually paid triple the amount of what is usually charged, which I came to know after reaching the hotel. So, I did not want to further waste my money, so I had decided to immediately hire a reputed taxi service through the hotel management and they guided me to the Hira taxi service, the best Cab Services in Delhi. They have an airport pick up and drop service and also various tour packages, so I hired their car for my four day trip in the city and explored various places. Finally, they dropped me at the airport and surprisingly they charged only reasonable amount more than what I actually paid from the airport to the hotel. So, I recommend only Hira taxi service for all those who are travelling to Cab Services in Delhi.

Booked seeing the justdial ratings. very poor service by Hira Taxi Service. Driver named Mukesh provided was not aware of the routes and when to take which road. We had to call driver 100 times in afternoon, then we realized driver had forgotten his mobile in the car itself, due to which we had to wait for more than hour. Not recommended.

I recently booked a cab from Hira taxi service and I was new to this place and I got the number from Google and I wanted a car to go to Agra and Jaipur I booked the sedan car Dzire
But on the day when I need a car that day he gave us a Innova on the same price and I was shocked and the driver was reliable, my family enjoyed a lot and then they dropped us to airport

The service was awesome. The driver was very good and gentle man. The car was comfortable. I recommend Hira taxi to everyone.

One of the worst experience ever. We booked our trip till Spiti valley and for the first time booked directly with a travel instead of going through redbus and had a worst experience. The driver(rithesh) is not at all professional. He wish to take us wherever he wants to go instead of where we wanted to go. He was asking for extra 2000 rupees to go through Atal tunnel eventhough we had booking till Spiti valley(we need to go through Atal tunnel to reach Spiti valley though) which is just 25km from Solang valley. He is very very unprofessional and was smoking in car even though we asked him to stop smoking. And coming to travel service they are horrible and completely money minded. We finished our trip 2 days early so we can do the sight seeing in delhi. They were saying there is no delhi sight seeing eventhough we started our trip from delhi and they said the ride is over eventhough we had two more days left in our booking. Even they asked us to pay for extra 500 for himachal pradesh state tax which is included in our initial booking just because we came two days early as they had paid the tax for remaining days as well. They are just simply the worst out worst cab service to opt for.

You guys really maintain the record, seriously? 😂 By the way from which website you have copied all the context which you have replied to this review. You have copied the same reply on my friend review too(the same guy on whom the booking is done). Do you want us to attach the redbus booking details? Hira taxi service provide us very good taxi they have Scorpio when you sit in that you will feel like a gangster which driver was recommended by them is Bhagwan Singh he is very good driver he took us mathura Vrindavan and the driver also took us for vip darshan in Mathura Vrindavan the world best taxi service

We have booked Innova Crysta for Delhi- Manali - Spiti Valley trip and the driver (RITESH) spoiled the entire trip by taking us where ever he wanted and where he gets the commission. He even smokes while driving. It happened once during the trip. At last he took us back to Delhi 2 days before the actual trip end date and said your trip completed but we do have Delhi visit included in the trip. They charged us for 250kms per day for 9 days and at last 2 days they have not provided us the actual vehicle but after our request provided a local CNG taxi for sight seeing. Never pay them in advance.
